NEVIS

Four Seasons Resort

Set against the dramatic slopes of Nevis Peak, this residential complex embodies a refined approach to Caribbean luxury. Each element has been carefully considered – from orientation and materials to privacy and flow – creating homes that feel both elevated and grounded. Architecture and landscape are seamlessly integrated, maximising views, light and ventilation.

“We approached Nevis Peak as a dialogue between architecture and landscape. Every decision – from massing to materiality – was calibrated to enhance light, views and natural flow. The intention was not to impose, but to reveal the site’s inherent qualities, creating a quiet, enduring form of luxury rooted in context.”
